He is Vice-president of the research center CASE Belarus, PhD Candidate at the Warsaw School of Economics. He graduated with a masters degree from the London School of Economics and the Warsaw School of Economics. He studied the Chinese experience of the economic transition at the National Taiwan University. He worked for such international consulting companies as Ernst &amp; Young and McKinsey and in the Bureau of Applied Research in the National Bank of
