The participants discussed the Council\u2019s role, the constitutional reform in Belarus, action plan after October 25 and anti-crisis economic development.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The seminar was moderated by Baroness Helena Kennedy, lawyer and member of the House of Lords for the Labor Party. Belarus was represented at the webinar by the members of the Coordination Council Volha Kavalkova, Pavel Latushka, Ales Aliakhnovich and Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya\u2019s adviser Franak Via\u010dorka, public figures Mikalai Khalezin, Natalia Kaliada, Anatoly Kotau, Aliaksei Erakhavets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deputies of the British Parliament and the European Parliament, diplomats, representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, of the International Monetary Fund exchanged opinions with the Belarusian speakers.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On October 22, representatives of the Coordination Council joined a webinar organised by the Doughty Street Chambers law firm.
