On October 22, representatives of the Coordination Council joined a webinar organised by the Doughty Street Chambers law firm. The participants discussed the Council’s role, the constitutional reform in Belarus, action plan after October 25 and anti-crisis economic development.
The seminar was moderated by Baroness Helena Kennedy, lawyer and member of the House of Lords for the Labor Party. Belarus was represented at the webinar by the members of the Coordination Council Volha Kavalkova, Pavel Latushka, Ales Aliakhnovich and Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya’s adviser Franak Viačorka, public figures Mikalai Khalezin, Natalia Kaliada, Anatoly Kotau, Aliaksei Erakhavets.
Deputies of the British Parliament and the European Parliament, diplomats, representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, of the International Monetary Fund exchanged opinions with the Belarusian speakers.
