Natalia Dulina was imprisoned for 14 days for supporting the strike. She has recently become a member of the Coordination Council.

“I first joined the Expanded Coordination Council by submitting an application when the Belarusians were offered to join the Council in its work and take an active part in the country’s life and show how many we are. Now, after leaving the MSLU I can’t fully participate in the protest movement started by our professors and students. But they carry on despite detentions and expulsions. So I think I have to do something, too, contribute to this movement somehow.”

Yuri Stulov, candidate of philology, Associate Professor who has also joined the Council believes that the industry he dedicated his whole life to, education, also needs changing.

The Coordination Council carries on its work despite pressure on its members. We are the Coordination Council!
